3. Why the Golden Hour and 660nm Matter

The Golden Hour, shortly after sunrise or before sunset, is naturally richest in those 660nm wavelengths. A morning walk shortly after your dose is the ultimate way to set your circadian rhythm and your mitochondrial energy for the day.
