At Nuusero, we stand behind the quality of our high-purity formulas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your experience is seamless.

Standard 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.

Authorization Required: To initiate a return, you must email us at info@nuusero.com with your order details. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Original Documentation: To process your return, you must include a copy of the original invoice sent with your order.

Condition: We accept returns on both unopened and opened containers (limit one opened bottle per product type).

Process: To maintain our safety standards, all returned opened items are disposed of and never resold.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing the original invoice.

The MenoLux™  90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

Because hormonal routines require consistency, we offer an extended 90-day guarantee on our MenoLux™ cream. If you have used a full bottle consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, contact us at info@nuusero.com for a full refund. This applies even to empty containers. (Limit one empty bottle refund per customer) Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6067 Caymus Loop, Windermere, Florida, USA, 34786.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order is delivered damaged, defective, missing items, or is incorrect due to a packing error on our end:

Report Timeline: Please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We cannot accept exchange or refund requests for damages after this 7-day window.

Our Responsibility: If the mistake was ours, Nuusero will arrange an exchange or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Out of Stock: If an item for exchange is sold out, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping & Processing

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our facility.

Refund Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
